摘要
目的探讨微型电锯在上颌骨手术中的应用。方法用两种不同手术器械对68例患者进行手术。结果44例使用微型电锯者手术时间缩短,操作程序简化,术中出血少,面部形态和生理功能得到较好的维持。结论上颌骨手术采用微型电锯,手术风险降低,手术效果好,应用前景广阔。
Objective To explore the application of the midget electro - saw in maxillary bone operations. Methods 68 cases were operated on with two different kinds of operating instruments. Results By applying the midget electro-saw in 44 cases, the operation time was shortened and the procedure was simplified. The blood loss was reduced. The facial appearance and physiological functions were well protected. Conclusion Adopting the midget electro - saw in maxillary bone operation can reduce the operation risk and achieve good curative effect. This kind of instrument has a high application potential.
