白细胞介素-6与肝再生 被引量：4

摘要 　 肝再生是一个复杂的过程.涉及的细胞类型和再生机制取决于肝损害的程度、损害的类型、基础肝病及全身性反应能力.肝再生能力对于爆发性肝衰竭（FHF）、部分肝切除（PH）后肝容积的恢复起决定性作用.近年的研究表明,白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）既是炎症细胞因子,又是肝再生的重要启动因子.……
