变性人在进行变性手术后,面临的最直接的问题之一就是法律身份问题,该问题需要更改其法律文件。世界很多国家对变性人手术后的法律文件更改都有规定,包括我们中国。其中美国关于此问题的一些建议值得借鉴。

Legal identity is one of the most important problems after sex reassignment surgery （SRS）. We have to solve it by changing their legal documents. Many countries, including China, have regulations on legal documents change after SRS, Some suggestions from American practice on it are meaningful for us.
