原发性乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中生长抑素受体和微血管密度的表达及其相关性 被引量:2

摘要 乳腺癌是血管依赖性肿瘤,其进展与转移需要新生血管。而新生血管表面丰富的生长抑素受体(somatostatin receptor,SSTR)可将生长抑素及其类似物转入细胞,从而抑制新生血管的生长。我们研究发现乳腺癌组织中SSTR的表达与预后相关;而肿瘤组织新生微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)是乳腺癌的独立预后指标,那么乳腺癌组织中SSTR的表达与MVD之间有何关系成为我们研究的重点。本研究应用免疫组化法检测82例原发性乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中SSTR的表达和MVD,分析二者在原发性浸润性乳腺癌组织中的相关性。
