精液中白细胞含量不同的少弱精子症患者分类治疗观察

Evaluation of categorized treatments on male infertility with different semen white blood cells concentration

目的观察精液中白细胞含量不同的少、弱精子症患者的分类治疗效果。方法60例正常白细胞含量的少、弱精子症患者双盲分成治疗1组与治疗2组;68例白细胞精液症的少、弱精子症患者双盲分成对照1组和对照2组。分别比较4组治疗前后精液白细胞含量、精液常规及临床妊娠率。结果正常白细胞含量的少、弱精子症患者分别采用助育1号和五子衍宗丸治疗,治疗前后两组患者精液密度、活力、临床妊娠率均有提高,助育1号提高更显著。白细胞精液症的少、弱精子症患者分别采用助育2号和五子衍宗丸治疗,治疗前、后对照1组精液白细胞含量显著下降,对照2组治疗前、后精液白细胞含量无显著改变,对照1组治疗后精液常规有显著提高,与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P<0．01);与对照2组比较,有显著性意义(P<0．01);配偶妊娠率对照1组与对照2组比较,有显著性意义(P<0．01)。结论少、弱精子症患者治疗前检测精液白细胞含量,根据不同精液白细胞含量分类、结合中医辨证治疗可收到显著疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of categorized treatments on the oligozoospermia or asthenospermia at different semen white blood cells concentration. Methods The 60 patients of regular semen white blood cells concentration are divided into treatment group 1 and Treatment group 2. The 68 patients of high semen white blood cells concentration are divided into Comparison group 1 and Comparison group 2. Semen white blood cells concentration, routine sperm analysis and clinical pregnancy rate of four groups were examined before and after treatment. Results The semen concentration, motile and clinical pregnancy rate of two groups of normal semen white blood cells concentration have been improved under treatment of Zhu Yu NO. Ⅰand Wu Zi Yan Zong Wan. The effect of Zhu Yu NO.Ⅰ Hao is extremely prominent. The two groups of high semen white blood cells concentration are under treatment of Zhu Yu NO. Ⅱ and Wu Zi Yan Zong Wan. The result was that semen white blood cells concentration decreased in comparison group 1, while it is not changed prominently in Comparison group 2. There is significant improvement of routine sperm analysis in comparison group 1 before and after treatment （P〈0.01） and than group 2, （P〈0.01）. In addition, the difference of clinical pregnancy rate between two groups was significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Good Curative effect can be gotten by using categorized treatments to the oligozoospermia or asthenospermia according to testing semen white blood cells concentration and differentiation of symptoms and signs.
