高频彩超在阴囊肿大性病变中的诊断

High Frequency Color Doppler in the Scrotal Swelling Diseases Diagnose Value

目的探讨阴囊肿大性病变的声像图及彩色多普勒血流特征,评价高频彩超在阴囊肿大性病变中的诊断价值。方法对211例高频超声检查阴囊肿大性病例进行回顾性分析并与手术病理进行对照。结果211例阴囊肿大性病变的声像图和(或)彩色多普勒血流特征性较强,高频彩超检查总符合率为94.8%(200/211),其中阴囊囊液性病变的诊断符合率为98.5%(65/66),睾丸炎、睾丸外伤、腹股沟斜疝、阴囊壁水肿增厚的诊断符合率为100%(70/70)。结论高频彩超对睾丸、精索鞘膜积液,睾丸、附睾囊肿、睾丸扭转、睾丸炎、附睾炎、睾丸外伤等阴囊肿大性病变可作明确的诊断,有着其他影像诊断不可比拟的优势,可视为影像诊断学的“金标准”。

Objective To investigate the characteristic and clinical value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of scrotal swelling diseases. Methods A total of 211 patients with scrotal swelling diseases by high frequency ultrasound were chosen retrospectively and compared with surgery and pathology diagnosis. Results High frequency color Doppler ultrasound charactered in 211 patients of scrotal swelling diseases with accurate rate 94.80% （200/211 ）. Among them,98.5% （65/66） accurately in diagnosis for scrotal hydatid fluid changes,100% （70/70） accurately in didymitis,testis torsion, fold inguen hernia,scrotal wall edema and thickening. Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasound can give definite diagnosis for scrotal swelling diseases of testicle or cord hydrocele, testicle or epididymis cyst, testis torsion,epididymoorchitis, scrotal trauma and can be regareded as gold imaging standard for scrotal swelling diseases.
