摘要
目的讨论主动脉夹层(AD)患者的心电图变化。方法对120例AD患者心电图进行分析。结果99例患者出现有心电图异常。结沦AD患者的心电图表现无特异性,但其异常表现是造成误诊的原因之一。
Objective To explore the EKG change of patients with aortic dissection. Methods Ahalysis the EKG appearence of the patients with aortic dissection. Results 99 patients of the 120 cases have abnormal EKG appearence. Conclusion The EKG of aortic dissection have no specificity, but the EKG appearence is one reasonof clinical misdiagnosis.
