自体外周血造血干细胞移植治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤临床分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的对12例自体外周血造血干细胞移植(APBSCT)治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)的有关资料进行总结分析。方法12例NHL患者,动员方案采用EA、HDAra-C、CTX化疗联合rhG-CSF。预处理采用BEAM、CBV、BECM、BuCy+Ara-C+CCNU方案。部分患者于常规化疗、动员干细胞、移植-1天及+8天加用美罗华。结果移植后ANC>0.5×109/L、Plt>20×109/L的中位时间分别为9(7～11)d、10(9～12)d,随访中位时间22(7～52)个月,所有患者均处于完全缓解状态,均无病存活。结论APBSCT是治疗NHL的一种安全有效方法,美罗华可作为APBSCT的体内净化药物,且安全有效。
