摘要
Apollon是新近发现的IAP家族成员,主要通过结合Smac,HtrA2以及caspase等3种机制发挥其抑凋亡作用。着重阐述了Apollon及Smac基因与凋亡的关系及在白血病中的表达。
Apollon is a now potent member of inhibitor of apoptosis proteins(IAP)family, which inhibits apoptosis by bind and inhibit smac, HtrA2 and caspase-9. This study intended to investigate the expression of apollon and smac in leukemia and their relation to apoptosis.
