摘要
目的探讨应用外固定器治疗Bennett骨折的临床效果。方法采用微型外固定架牵引固定Bennett骨折21例。结果21例术后随访3～18个月,骨折临床愈合时间5～9周,平均6.7周,关节功能恢复良好。按照TAM系统评定,优良率达90.5%。结论外固定器治疗Bennett骨折是一种有效的外固定治疗方法。
Objective To report the method and results of the Bennett＇s fracture fixed by mini-external fixation. Methods 21 cases with Bennett＇s fractures were treated with mini-external fixation. Results All cases were fol- lowed up for 3 - 18 months. All fractures healed successfully, and the average union time was 6.7 weeks with a range of 5 to 9 weeks. According TAM standard, the overall good-excellent rate of joint function was 90. 5%. Conclusions Mini-external fixation is effective for the fixation of Bennett＇ s fracture.
