可塑形钛板内固定治疗跟骨关节内移位骨折

Operative Treatment for Diaplaced Intraarticular Fractures of Calcaneus by Plastic Titanic Alloy Plate

摘要 目的 总结跟骨关节内移位骨折手术内固定治疗的临床经验。方法 运用可朔形钛板对56例65侧跟骨骨折进行手术治疗。骨折分型按Maryland分型，56例均得到随访，随访时间为2～27个月，平均13月。结果 按Eerr百分评价标准评价术后功能：优45侧、良16侧、差4侧，优良率约94％。结论 对跟骨关节内骨折围手术期正确处理及良好手术技巧是手术治疗成功的关键。
