摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜输卵管切开取胚术改进步骤与效果的关系。方法回顾性分析改进后71例病例均来自2004年,对照组为方法改进前43例,均来自2004年。结果改进组术中出血量比对照组明显减少(P<0.05),手术耗时比对照组明显减少(P<0.05),改进组血清β-HCG术后比术前下降幅度为91%,对照组为76%(P<0.05),术后1～3个月输卵管通水和子宫输卵管造影的通畅性检查结果大致相同。差异没有显著性(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜下输卵管切开取胚术的改进是有意义的。
[Objective] To study the advancement and effection of laparosalpingoscope taking embrgo in patients with salpingocyesis. [Methed] We retrospectively analysed advanced group 71 case from 2004 control group 43 case from 2002. [Results] Advaned group bleeding amount during operation was significantly lower than that of control （P 〈0.05） time was significantly shorter than control （P 〈0.05）, advanced group serum 13-HCG down-ward amplitude than before operation were 91%, control were 76% （P 〈0.05）. The results of hysterosalpingography and fallopian tube patency text were same in two group after operation one to three month （P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion] The advancement of laparosalpingoscope taking embrgo was useful in treatment salpingocvsis.
