大白菜种质资源遗传多样性及纯度检测的研究

The Analysis of the Genetic Diversity and the Checkage of Purity in Chinese Cabbage

本试验应用RAPD方法对60份大白菜品种资源进行了遗传多样性的研究,采用NTSYS软件按UPGMA方法进行聚类分析,试验结果为以后的亲本选配提供了理论的依据;同时对同一自交系不同单株间进行了纯度检测,表明所选用的纯度已经基本趋于稳定的状态。

This paper used RAPD way, to research the genetic diversity of 60 varieties in Chinese cabbage and used UPGMA to analyze that could be supplied the foundation of the matched parents. Analyzed the genetic diversity of the different plant in the same varieties, the results indicated that the purity was stable.
