摘要
在黄瓜幼果的生长过程中,其生长与果内IAA含量变化呈显著负相关,与GA3、ZR及ABA含量变化无明显的相关性。用6-BA处理雌花后,幼果中IAA含量减少,GA3含量及后期ABA含量增加,ABA/IAA和ABA/ZR值也有所增大。6-BA处理使幼果的生长与GA3、ABA含量及ABA/IAA值变化呈显著的正相关,并使得幼果细胞数目增多,生长加快。
In the process of the young cucumber's growth, it showed remarkably negative correlation with the change of IAA content , and hed no obvious relation with the change of the GA3, ZR andABA content . After treated with 6 - BA on female flower, the IAA content was reduced in young cucumber while the GA3 and the ABA content was increased in later period, the ratio of ABA/IAA and ABA/ZR also increased . Affer treatde with 6 - BA, the growth of the young fruit Shoued remarkably posltiue correlation with the content of GA3,ABA and After treated the ratio of ABA/IAA, mean while,incraased the amoud of the young fruit's cells and the speed of qrouth.
