文章介绍了我国科技信息检索类出版物的发展现状。在总结２０余年发展经验的基础上，分析了我国检索类出版物与外国的主要差距。根据当前所处的社会、经济和技术环境，提出了发展我国科技信息检索类出版物的１０条策略。

This paper makes an introduction to the status quo and development of index and abstract journals in sci tech information field in China.On the basis of summing up the experiences of twenty years,the gap between China and foreign countries is analysed.In accordance with the current social,economic and technical environment,the ten strategies for the development in this field are put forward.
