New Algorithm for Compound Structure Registry

本文探讨化合物结构登记的Ｍｏｒｇａｎ算法。在此基础上，提出了一种新的登记算法。与Ｍｏｒｇａｎ算法相比，新算法更为优化，在处理结点关系值方面更为有效，且可以使结构中每个不对称结点都有一个不同的值。通过上机实验。

This paper proposes a new algorithm for chemical structure registry on the basis of discussion of Morgan algorithm. Compared with Morgan algorithm, it is more effective in processing the node connectivity value and can produces a different value for every asymmetrical node in structure graph.
