摘要
采用反应性乳化剂,通过种子乳液聚合制备出单分散的聚苯乙烯乳胶粒。实验结果表明,聚合温度、油/水质量比、乳化剂浓度及补加速度对胶粒大小和尺寸分布产生较大影响。理论分析表明在种子乳液聚合过程中,当反应体系中没有新的胶束生成、乳胶粒子不发生凝聚且体积增长反应级数”的取值在0~2.5之间时,乳胶粒粒径分布有自身变窄的趋势。
The monodisperse polystyrene latex has been prepared by the seed emulsion polymerization with reactive emulsification.. The experimental result indicates that the temperature of polymerization, oil/water, the concentration and speed adding of emulsification have an effect on the particle average size and polydispersity. When no more new micelle is gained and the particles are not aggregated, the particle average polydispersity is inclined to be lower.
