板结构中裂纹的超声波数值模拟 被引量:7

摘要 通过引进频散修正系数,选择多音频加窗函数调制的信号,用有限元法模拟了超声波在一个有裂纹的薄板中的传播,在此基础上,模拟了超声波在有双裂纹的薄板中的传播。结果表明,所建立的算法不仅可以准确地识别单裂纹在板中裂纹的位置,而且对双裂纹在板中位置的识别也有效。 With the development of nondestructive test technology in industry to quantification and nondestructive evaluation, the numerical simulation of the procedure of nondestructive test became more and more important. The paper dealed with the numerical simulation of a crack and two cracks detection with ultrasonic wave in a plate by using a finite element software ANSYS , employing frequency dispersion correction coefficient and a multi-audio-frequency signal modulated by A HANNING window. The result showed that the method not only accurately identifies a crack in a plate but also availability to the two cracks detection.
