Discussion on the Construction of Working System for Poverty Students in Higher Education Institution

当前的高校贫困生问题面临新的挑战，只有建立一套综合性工作体系，才能使每一个贫困生都得到帮助。要对贫困生进行科学界定，初步确定申请学生的类型，建立规范、透明的审核程序，建立完整的贫困生电子档案，建立健全奖助制度，建立贫困生社团和贫困生心理健康教育体系，建立社会救助机制，拓展资助渠道。

Nowadays, poverty students in higher education institution are facing with new challenges, and only through constructing a suit of comprehensive working system, that can every student acquire help. School should give scientific definition to poverty students, identify types of applicable students, build regulated and transparent auditing procedure, establish integrated electrical archives for poverty students, optimize award system, construct poverty student community and mental health education system for them, etc.
