摘要
高校采用教务管理信息系统后的教务管理具有高度共享数据、严格的标准化要求、密切的协调与关联、网络化及数据的透明性、在数据量上的不敏感性等特点。基于这些特点,信息化下的二级教学管理运行机制改革,要注意调整管理岗位及职能,改革管理流程,强化管理人员责任意识,进行适当授权与监督,改进服务,教学决策要依据信息化,还要培养各级管理人员及师生的信息化意识。
After adopting information system for educational administration, the educational administration have characteristics such as :high data -sharing, strict requirement for standardization, close harmonization and connection,network,transparency of data and insensability of data amount. Based on these characteristics,the reform of management and operation mechanism of teaching of the second unit under informationalization should give attention to adjust the management posts and function, reform management flow, strengthen the responsible sense of management staff, improve service, etc.
