摘要
高职教育的能力培养可看作个体在职业工作表现中体现出来的知识、技能和态度的整合,职业能力是高职教育能力体系的核心。在课程模式构建中,要树立能力课程本位观,应注意培养学生的职业能力,加强专门职业类课程和职业实践类课程的建设,培养学生的关键能力,以实现对职业技能的促进和迁移。
The cultivation of competency in higher vocational education can be viewed as the integration of knowledge, skills and attitude embodied in individual vocational work, and the vocational competency is the core of competency system in higher vocational education. In the construction of curriculum model, teachers should establish competenly- based curriculum view, pay attention to cultivate students' vocational abilities, strengthen the construction of special vocational curriculum and vocational practice curriculum, cultivate students' key abilities, etc.
