Advances in the recovery of peptic ulcer by transforming growth factor-α

转化生长因子α(TGF-α)参与调节胃肠道粘膜上皮的更新和粘膜损伤后的修复,是维持粘膜完整性的重要介质。胃粘膜损伤后可迅速引起TGF-α的反应性表达,在消化性溃疡愈合过程中,TGF-α在粘膜的表达呈逐步升高的趋势。TGF-α含量的增高可以促进溃疡的修复。

Transforming growth factor-α（TGF-α） ,which is an important transmitter of sustaining mucous membrane integrality, took participate in regulating the renewal of gastrointestinal tract epithelium mucosae and the recovery of mucous membranes. The reactive expression of transforming growth factor-α （TGF-α） could be induced quickly after gastric mucosa wound, and the increased expression of TGF- α could be found in the process of ulcer healing. The increases of TGF-α contents may promote the recovery of peptic ulcer.
