摘要
根据126例原发性脑干损伤病人综合治疗的经验总结.强调对原发性脑干损伤病人应及时明确诊断、尽早采取综合治疗措施;且认为GCS评分是反映病情轻重的重要指标,脑干反射是反映病情变化的重要指标.
To investigate the comprehensive treatment of the primary brain stem injury on 126 cases. The diagnosis to it must be prompt and accurate,comprehensive treatment must be adopted as soon as possible;The GCS is a index to react the degree of the patient＇s condition. The reflex of the brain stem is an important target of the patient＇s condition change.
