临床快捷护理路径在急性心肌梗死病人急救中的应用研究

The Research of Using Clinical Shortcut Pathway of Nursing in Emergency Medical Cure for Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:研究临床快捷护理路径在急性心肌梗死病人中的应用.方法:将141例急性心肌梗死病人随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组69人,实验组72人,实验组按照制定好的临床快捷护理路径救治病人,对照组采用传统的急救方法救治病人.结果:实验组患者的抢救成功率明显提高,至行溶栓治疗或急诊行冠脉内介入治疗的时间明显缩短.结论:按照临床快捷护理路径救治急性心肌梗死病人赢得了宝贵的时间,提高了抢救成功率.

Objective：To study the using of clinical shortcut pathway of nursing in acute myocardial infarction patient. Methods： 141 acute myocardial infarction patients were divided into 2 groups randomly. The traditional method of emergency medical cure was used for 69 cases in the control group, and clinical shortcut pathway of nursing was used for 72 cases in the experiment group. Results：The success rate of salvage was increased significantly. The time that can start thrombolytic therapy or emergency intracoronary interventional therapy was shorten significantly. Conclusion ： The using of clinical shortcut pathway of nursing in curing acute myocardial infarction can increase the success rate of salvage.
