上海企业孵化器自身持续发展的战略与策略研究

A Study of Strategy & Tactic on Cuntinual Development of Enterpriser Incubators of Shanghai

上海的企业孵化器在经过前些年(特别是“十·五”期间)的长足发展后,面临着“十一·五”期间在更高水平上如何减少对政府的依赖、实现自身持续发展的问题。本文在研究基础上提出了上海企业孵化器进一步发展宏观层面的总体思路、发展战略,也提出了微观层面的盈利途径、发展机制、能力建设等策略。本文强调了上海企业孵化器应该充分运用市场机制、走专业化发展的道路。

After a rapid development during the last 20 years, especially in the past 5 years, enterprise incubators of Shanghai face the problem of how to achieve continual development on the higher level, and the development should rely less on local government. After a study on enterprise incubators of shanghai, we bring forward maeroscopical thoughts and development strategies of future development of enterprise incubators in Shanghai, and we put forward microcosmic tactics of business model, development mechanism and capability-building. We emphasize that enterprise incubators of shanghai should apply market-mechanism adequate- ly, and develop on specialization-road.
