摘要
本文从EMC“电邮事件”引发的网络争论切入,就当前常见的跨国企业管理中的中西文化差异观进行了分析,从中西方管理文化的指导思想、价值观和外方经验在本土实施上的实践操作几个层面展开探讨,得出基本结论:东西方文化都为多元文化,你中有我,我中有你,文化差异在全球化背景下的商业环境中尤为淡化,应警惕夸大跨国企业管理中的中西方文化冲突的趋势。
This article is an endeavor to look into the west-east cultural conflicts arising in the management of Multi-national companies. By investigating the management philosophies, value systems of both cultures as well as foreign venture practices in China, it tries to argue that it is dangerous to overstate the difference between eastern and western cultures in the management of multinationals today, especially against the backdrop of an increasingly globalized commercial landscape.
