摘要
本文将运用实证分析的方法试图构建一个理解中国农村养老保障问题的理论分析模型,从而为后续的经验实证分析及其相关的政策设计与制度选择提供理论基础。对影响农村养老保障需求与供给的若干因素进行分析,并在此基础上讨论中国农村养老保障的组织制度选择的原则及其需求边与供给边相匹配的几种可能的发展方向。
As one of the biggest development countries in the world, China is facing with the problem of the aging of population,the essentiality of providing for the aged stands out very much. The economy structure of China and the special transmission stage decide the trend of Chinese aging phenomena and providing for the aged is grievous in rural. This paper discuss the supply-demand structure and organizational principle of Chinese social endowment insurance in rural areas.
