合成邻苯二甲酰亚胺的工艺改进 被引量:6

摘要 以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺作为溶剂,探索了苯酐和尿素反应生产邻苯二甲酰亚胺的适宜工艺条件。结果表明最优的配比是n(溶剂(DMF))∶n(苯酐)=1.25∶1;n(溶剂(DMF))∶n(尿素)=1.50∶1,最佳反应温度144℃,最佳反应时间70min,溶剂可以重复使用。同原工艺相比,新工艺能够降低生产成本,减少环境污染。 A improved way to synthesize phthalimide by the reaction between phthalicanhydride and urea was investigated in this paper. Result showed that best process conditions were as follows, solvent is N, N - Dimethylformamide, The best molar ratio of DMF and phthalicanhydride is 1.25 : 1, The best molar ratio of DMF and urea is 1.50 : 1, reaction temperature 144℃ and reaction time 70 min. DMF can be used repeatedly. The process can down the cost and reduce pollution to the vironment comparing with conventional method.
