摘要
基于行波的输电线路双端测距算法只用到到达故障线路两侧母线的第一个故障初始行波波头,其可靠性较高.但行波波速对其定位精度存在一定的影响.实际的波速受到线路参数频变及地理位置、气候等诸多因素的影响.本文提出一种在线测量行波波速的方法,以此为基础提出一种新型双端测距算法.大量仿真表明与常规双端行波测距算法相比较,该算法测距精度更高.
Based on the traveling wave, double ended approach only deals with the first transient traveling wave reaching the two buses of the fault line. Although it has higher reliability, its location accuracy can also be affected by the wave speed which will be influenced by such factors as geographical position, climate, line parame- ter changes because of the frequency variation. An approach to measure traveling wave speed on - line is presented. Based on the approach, a new double ended fault location method is presented. Lots of tests show that the method is more accurate than the conventional one.
