摘要
以LabVIEW虚拟仪器为软件开发环境,设计了二自由度气动比例机械手的连续轨迹跟踪及精确定位控制程序。首先利用VisualC++6.0设计了神经网络-PID控制器,并实现了与LabVIEW虚拟仪器的无缝接口。在该平台下成功地实现了气动比例机械手的连续轨迹跟踪以及精确定位的控制,绝对定位误差控制在0.2mm以内。
Based on LabVIEW Virtual instrument software,a trajectory track and accurate positioning system of a 2-Degree of freedom pneumatic proportion manipulator has been presented.First,a neural network-PID controller has been designed in Visual C++6.0,and an Mete connection between Visual C++6.0 and LabVIEW Virtual instrument software been developed.The control method based on the LabVIEW platform used for the trajectory track and accurate positioning of the 2-Degree of freedom manipulator was very successful with positioning error within ± 0.2mm.
