摘要
针对两类复杂形状的齿轮坯,通过分析镦粗后坯料成形的金属流动规律,提出一种判断预锻的新方法,并在归纳大量预锻件设计实例的基础上,设计了齿轮坯预锻件的形状与尺寸。
For two kinds of complicate gear blanks,a new method has been proposed to determine the preforging. The shape and dimension of preforgings have been designed based on the analysis of metallic flow and the induction of many preforgings designs.
