顶盖拉深成形中材料性能对表面拉毛的影响 被引量:3

摘要 在顶盖冲压生产质量统计的基础上,对表面拉毛严重程度进行了半量化的定义评级,并据此进行了钢板材料性能对表面拉毛的影响分析。结果表明,材料性能与顶盖的表面拉毛并无直接相关关系。 Upon on the statistics result of surface quality, the galling levels have been defined, upon which the effect of material mechanical properties on the surface quality has been investigated.The results have shown that no obvious relations between the material properties and the surface galling.
