摘要
覆盖件成形的关键之一就是冲压成形工艺的设计,能否快速合理的设计出覆盖件的工艺模型,对加快新产品的研发、提高设计效率和制造精度具有重要影响。本文研究和探讨了在UG平台下,利用其提供的二次开发工具,开发了冲压成形工艺设计模块,实现了拉延方向的选择与优化、压料面设计、工艺补充面设计和拉延筋设计,完成了覆盖件的冲压工艺模型设计。
It has been introduced that the module of stamping technology design has been developed by UG secondary developing tool under UG platform and the choice and optimization of drawing direction,the design of blankholding surface and technologic addendum and draw bead have been realized hence technology model design of stamping of panel.
