45例中晚期老年癌症患者死亡观调查分析

The investigation and analysis on the old patients' death point of view among 45 cancer patients in the mid and late stage

目的:了解中晚期老年癌症患者的死亡观,为开展有针对性的死亡教育和改善护理工作提供依据。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷对45例中晚期老年癌症患者进行调查。结果:调查对象对“生命永存观”持否定态度的占大多数;不同文化程度、不同职业的患者死亡观有所不同;不同生理、心理状况的患者对死亡现实的接受程度呈现明显差异。结论:对中晚期老年癌症患者,依据病情进展,适时、适度的进行死亡教育,是需要的。

Objective： To investigate the old patients＇ death point of view who were ill with cancer in the mid and late stage and offers basis for focusing the death education and improving the nursing work. Methods： The used the questionnaires designed by ourselves and carried on the investigation among 45 old cancer patients in the mid and late stage. Results：The respondents with the negative attitude to ＂the perpetuity view of the life＂ were the great majority; The patients of different educational level and different jobs had different death view. The acceptance degree of the patients with different physiological and psychological states were obviously different to the death reality. Conclusion： In the mid and late stage of old cancer patients, the moderate death education at the time according to their conditions and provide the comfortable nursing of both the body and the psychology were extremely important to let them enjoy the environments of warm human concerns of humanity, kindred, fights, as a ordinary person, and die with comfort, serenity and dignity.
