摘要
通过对棉花秸秆干燥特性的高温综合热分析,研究了不同初含湿量的棉秆试样在不同温度条件下的定温干燥特性。结果表明:棉秆试样的干燥过程均具有预热、恒速和降速段等3段式干燥特征,且棉秆试样中所含的水分大多在预热阶段和恒速干燥阶段被脱除,干燥温度低于100℃时温度变化对棉秆试样干燥速率影响较大,而高温干燥阶段温度变化的影响明显减弱。
The drying characteristics of cotton stalk under diffterent beginning moisture contents were studied using high-temperature thermal synthetic analysis technique at different temperatures. The results showed that the heating process includes three stages as follows:warm-up stage, constant speed drying stage and decelerating drying stage. Most of free water removing occurs in the frist and second stages. The temperature had a strong effect on drying rate of sample when temperature was as low as 100 ℃ hut the influence is weak at high temperature.
