本文站在构建当代中国法律文化的立场上,通过对近代以来中国法制建设进程的回顾,力图进行经验挖掘与限制分析,尝试从当代中国法律文化建设角度审视历史的经验对当代中国法律文化构建的启示。

Based on the position of structuring modem Chinese legal culture, the concept looks back at the process of modernization of chinese traditional legal culture,and the text tries hard to find experience and analyse restraint, seeking to examine closely the relation between historic experience and current legal cultural construction in terms of modem Chinese legal cultural construction, especially the enlightenment to that modern Chinese legal cuhure structuring.
