摘要
文章根据特许经营理论和风险防范理论,运用比较分析和实证分析的方法,对我国投资者目前加盟特许经营面临的风险进行了分析,阐述了我国投资者加盟特许经营主要面临着道德风险、投资风险、经营风险和责任分担风险,并对这些风险的防范提出了针对性的建议。
This paper analyzes some risks thoroughly that the investors in China are faced when they joine in the franchising organizations by means of comparative analysis and positive analysis. It is based on the theories of franchising and risk prevention. It expresses the viewpoints that the investors mainly face morality risks, investing risks, managing risks and risks in sharing responsibility when they joine in the franchising organizations. And it puts forward some suggestions on how to prevent those risks.
