Traffic-police are confronted with a lot of problems while enforcing the law, including both the outside law-enforcing factors and inside law-enforcing reasons. In order to further normalize and institutionalize traffic-police＇s law-enforcing work, the paper analyzes the current situation of the traffic-police＇s law-enforcing work and proposes the corresponding solutions from many perspectives.
