摘要
目的:测定高血压病患者血浆神经肽Y(N europeptide Y,NPY)、神经降压素(N eurotens in,NT)的含量并分析其与24 h动态血压的相关性。方法:对57例高血压病患者进行24 h动态血压监测,并用放射免疫分析法检测患者血浆NPY、NT浓度,同时检测28例健康对照者的血浆NPY、NT浓度。结果:高血压患者血浆NPY水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),而NT水平低于对照组(P<0.01)。高血压患者血浆NPY水平与24 h平均收缩压、平均舒张压、平均动脉压,白昼收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压,夜间收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压均呈显著正相关(r=0.44~0.81,P<0.01)。血浆NT水平与24 h平均收缩压、白昼收缩压、夜间收缩压、夜间平均动脉压呈显著负相关关系(r=-0.34^-0.47,P<0.01),与24 h平均动脉压、白昼平均动脉压呈负相关关系(r=-0.31,-0.30,P<0.05)。高血压病患者血浆NPY水平与NT水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.45,P<0.01)。结论:高血压病患者血压水平与血浆NPY、NT水平显著相关,NPY、NT可能参与了高血压病的发病过程。
Objective:To measure the concentrations of plasma neuropeptide Y (NPY) and neurotensin (NT) and analysis the relationship between ambulatory blood pressure and the levels of NPY and NT in patients with essential hypertension(EH). Methods :The ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was made for 57 EH patients and the plasma NPY, NT concentrations of patients were determined by radioimmunoassay (RIA). The plasma NPY, NT concentrations of 28 healthy controls ware also determined. Results: The plasma NPY level of EH patients was higher than that of normal controls (P〈0.01), the NT level was lower than that of normal controls (P〈0.01). The plasma NPY level was remarkably positive correlated with 24 h average systolic pressure, average diastolic pressure, average artery pressure; the daytime systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, average artery pressure; nighttime systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and average artery pressure (r=0. 44-0. 81, P〈0. 01). The NT level was remarkably negative correlated with 24 h average systolic pressure, daytime systolic pressure, nighttime systolic pressure and nighttime average artery pressure (r=-0.34--0.47, P〈0.01), and was negative correlated with 24 h average artery pressure and daytime average artery pressure (r=-0.31, -0. 30, P〈0.05). The plasma NPY and NT levels in EH patients had negative correlative relationship (r=-0.45, P〈0. 01). Conclusion: The ambulatory blood pressure correlate with the plasma NPY, NT levels in EH patients. NPY and NT may participate the pathophysiological course of hypertension.
