老年缺血性脑血管疾病CT表现与高血糖关系的分析(附187例报告)

Analysis of correlation between cerebral ischemia detected by x-ray CT and hyperglycemia in the aged(Report of 187 cases)

目的：探讨老年缺血性脑血管疾病的CT表现与高血糖的相关性。方法：对187例60～90岁的老年人的体检、头颅CT检查和血糖化验结果进行回顾性分析。结果：血糖正常组头颅CT有缺血性病变的为19．2％，高血糖组为45.2％，高血糖组的缺血性脑血管病明显多于血糖正常组（P〈0．005）。结论：高血糖患者更易发生缺血性脑血管病。

Objective： To explore the correlation between cerebral ischemia detected by Х-ray CT and hyperglycemia in the aged. Methods： Retrospectively analyzing the data of head CT examine and laboratory test of blood glucose in 187 aged persons. Results：The ischemic pathological change detected by head CT was 19.2% in normal blood glucose group, it was less than that of hyperglycemia group （45.2%）, P〈0. 005. Conclusion： Patient with hyperglycemia is easily to happen isehemi＇c cerebrovascular disease.
