单味中药防治脂肪肝作用的研究进展

脂肪肝发病率已跃居为肝病第一位,中药治疗脂肪肝有显著效果。该文综述了近十多年来单味中药防治脂肪肝作用的研究进展情况,发现许多中药是通过调节血脂、保护肝脏免受脂质过氧化损伤来达到防治目的,而像广昆布、海藻等既能调节血脂,又能软坚散结,阻止脂肪肝向肝纤维化、肝硬化发展的药物,更应引起开发研究者和临床应用者的重视。

This article summarizes the progress of studies on the single Chinese herb for preventing and curing fatty liver in the latest decades. The studies find that many single Chinese herbs prevent and cure fatty liver via reducing blood lipids and protecting the liver from injuring induced by lipid preoxidation. These single Chinese herbs such as Guang Kunbu and Haizao have the action of reducing blood lipids,also softening the hard lumps ant! dlspeling the nodes. These single Chinese herbs can prevent the fatty liver from evolving as liver fibrosis and liver cirrhosis. The clinical user and developer ought to think much of these single Chinese herbs.
