氨溴索不同途径给药治疗小儿下呼吸道感染疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察氨溴索不同途径给药的疗效。方法将237例小儿下呼吸道感染随机分为3组,在常规抗感染基础上,雾化吸入组61例,采用氨溴索注射剂7.5~15mg/次,2次/d;口服组59例、静脉给药组117例,剂量均按药品说明书所示,疗程均为5~7d。结果大多数患儿在治疗的第3~4天症状改善、体征减轻。结论氨溴索无论口服、雾化吸入及静脉滴注均有效,3种给药方法中静脉滴注疗效最好。
