This paper illustrates the operational principle of Vehicle Monitor and Control System based on GPS/ GPRS/GIS, propounds the system＇s design project, and expounds the concrete realization of the models of M12, G20 and others on the Vehicle Monitor and Control System and GIS software designation of the Monitor Center.
