Analysis on Risk Assessment in Security Work

在警卫工作中，开展危险评估对警卫科学决策，提高警卫措施的针对性，保证警卫对象的安全都有重要作用。但是，自1996年警卫部门提出危险评估已近10年的时间，却一直没有付诸实施，原因何在？从认识偏差等四个方面进行了分析，并对解决存在的问题早日实现危险评估提出了五点建议。

In security work, risk assessment plays an important role on making scientific security policy, enhancing security measures＇ , and ensuring the target of security. Since the security sector raised the risk assessment in 1996, nearly 10 years has passed. But it has not been implemented properly. This paper analyses the roots from the cognizance deflection of the security forces leaders, and presents five proposals for resolving the problems and early realizing the target of risk assessment.
