摘要
目的 建立益坤宁颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定该药中芍药苷的含量,色谱条件:Lichrospher C18(4、6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈:0.1%三氟乙酸水溶液(16:84)为流动相;流速:1.0m1.min^-1;检测波长:230nm。结果 芍药苷浓度范围在70-2.19mg·L^-1之间峰面积与浓度线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率100.07%,RSD=1.52%。结论 该方法准确、可靠、专属性强,可用于益坤宁颗粒的质量控制。
Aim To establish a method for determination of the content of paeoniflorin in Yikunning Keli by HPLC. Methods The content of paeoniflorin in Yikunning Keli was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were Lichrospher C18 (4.6 × 250 mm, 5 μm)as analytic column, acetonitrile-0.1% trifluoroacetic Acid( 16: 84)as mobile phase, the flow rate being 1.0 ml · min^ -1 , the de- tection wavelength at 230 nm. Results The linearity of paeoniflorin in the range of 70 - 2.19 mg · L^- 1 was good, r = O. 9999. The average recovery is 100.07 %, and RSD is 1.52 %. Conclusion The HPLC method is accurate, reliable,specific, and can be used for the quality control of Yikunning Keli.
