高效液相色谱法测定三黄片中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination of berberine hydrochloride in sanhuangpian by HPLC

目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定三黄片中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法 采用C18色谱柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），以乙腈-0．05mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾（用氢氧化钠调pH值为5．0）（22：78）为流动相，流速：1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长为347nm，柱温：30℃。结果 测定线性范围为0．562～28．1mg·L^-1，r=0．99998，平均回收率为99．9％。结论 该法简便、快速，准确。

Aim To esbablish a method for determining the berberine hydrochloride in sanhuangpian. Methods The Cts column was used（4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm）. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-KH2PO4 （adjusted to pH5.0 with sodium Hydroxide）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^ - 1 with detection wavelength at 347 nm and column temperature at 30℃. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range 0. 562 - 28.1 mg · L^ - 1 of diosgenin with correlation coefficient 0. 99998. The average recovery of diosgenin was 99. 9%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and precise.
