介绍了一种有机锡热稳定剂巯基乙酸-2-乙酸己酯(巯基酯)合成的新工艺,在其中间体氯乙酸-2-乙基己酯(氯酯)的合成中,采用硫酸氢钠为催化剂,最佳反应条件为:氯乙酸与2-乙基己酯的质量比为1∶1.05;反应温度130~140℃;反应时间60min;催化剂用量1%(质量分数);负压操作,氯酯产率不小于99%;产品质量好,可直接用于巯基酯合成。
A new technology for synthesis of organotin heat stabilizer 2-exhyl-hexyl mercaptoacetate was introduced. Its characterization is that the synthesis of intermediate 2-ethy-hexyl chloroacetate is catalysed by sodium bisulfate. The optimized reaction conditions are as follows, the ratio of raw matenals: chloroacetic acid/ 2-ethyl-hexanol is 1/1.05; reaction temperature 130-140℃; reaction time 60 rain; amount of catalyst is 1% (mass percent); reaction pressure: vacuum; the yield of 2-ethyl-hexyl chloroacetate is more than 99%; it has good quality and may be directly used to synthesis of 2-ethyl-hexyl mercaptoacetate.
