摘要 报导一种含非对称结构的新型钙锌热稳定剂,通过正交实验筛选出其与辅助稳定剂协同作用的最佳配方:钙锌皂比例为2.7∶3(质量比),β-二酮、季戊四醇单十六酸酯、亚磷酸三苯酯的最优配方即100:0.2∶0.75∶0.75。同时考察新型钙锌复合稳定剂对PVC热稳定性和机械性能影响,结果表明:当钙锌复合稳定剂用量为4份时,PVC热稳定性和机械性能最佳。 A new type calcium-zinc composite heat stabilizer with asymmetry structure were orthogonal reported. By tests, the optimum stabilizer formulation comprising calcium-zinc soap (a),β-diketone (b), pentaerythfitol-mono-palmitate (c), and triphenyl phosphite (d), was obtained, the optimizied formula is: a/(b+c+ d) is 2.7/0.3, a/b/c/d is 100/0.2/0.75/0.75. The effect of the new type calcium-zinc composite stabilizer on PVC heat stability and mechanical properties were studied, and the results reveal that the optimum dosage of the calcium-zinc composite stabilizer is 4phr.
