Throngh the improvement of distillation technology and treatment of the by-product high polymer and waste waters in the manufacturing process of 2,2′,6,6′-tetra-methyl-piperidone, the valuable byproducts can be recycled, including lubricant oil, ammoma water and alkali were recovered. The “zero drain” of three wastes in new distillation technology were basically attained, and the product cost also reduced.
