体育学博士立足于国内培养之对策

Measures for Fostering Doctors of Sports Science Based on Domestic Education

通过对我国体育学博士培养历程的回顾和现状分析，提出了体育学博士立足于国内培养的基本对策，即：不断完善和健全体育学博士培养工作制度，大力加强博士生培养工作的硬件建设及导师梯队建设；积极争取较大幅度地扩大博士生培养规模；加强宣传，广辟生源。

By reviewing the process of fostering doctors of sports science in our country and analyzing thepresent situation,the basic measures for fostering doctors of sports science domestica1ly were put forward.They are to continuously improve and strengfhen the working system of fostering doctors of sports science,to enhance forcefully the construction of the hardwares in fostering students for docterates and theorderly system of supervisors' succession,to strive activeIy for substantially enlarging the scale of fosteringstudents for doctorates,to carry on active propaganda and to amplify sources of student.
